Adulttoymegastore is still delivering

On February 27th 2021, the Government announced that the Auckland region would move to Alert Level 3 to contain Covid-19 in New Zealand. The rest of the country has been moved to Alert Level 2. As this currently stands, we will be at these alert levels until 6am 7th March 2021.

Adulttoymegastore does not have any offices or staff based in the Auckland region. Our Head Office and Dispatch Centre is located in Wellington.

Can I still order?

Yes you can! We are grateful to be able to continue to supply people around the world with all your sex toys, lingerie, condoms and lubricants.

Are you still shipping orders?

Yes. Your orders are still being processed by the Adulttoymegastore team. Your order will be dispatched through our distribution centre in Wellington which is outside of the Alert Level 3 containment region.

Our distribution centre in Wellington are operating under Alert Level 2 which means we are continuing to have strict hygiene protocols in place which can include reduced staffing, limited physical interaction between staff, and/ or split-shifts to ensure the safety of our people.

Our distribution centre ships Adulttoymegastore orders through New Zealand Post with contactless delivery measures in place.

Will there be any delays with my order?

Adulttoymegastore is dispatching orders on time, however our delivery partners have advised us that their delivery networks are quite rightly prioritising the delivery of essential goods into and across all countries.

As a result, your order may take a little longer to get to you than usual. If we are behind on delivering on our estimated dispatch timeframe, we will let you know.

As usual, when your order has been picked, packed and collected, you will receive a tracking reference. Thank you for your patience and support.
