Disappointed in Quality.

This product looked great but unfortunately did not live up to expectation. The controls looked and felt cheap, and the motor would not work for more than a few seconds at a time, despite trying different sets of batteries. I am not able to use this product. Very disappointed as other products I have purchased have been very good.
