This finger vibe comes packaged separately with the little bullet vibe. Once you've slipped the vibe into the sleeve it's a simple press on, press off system with just the one setting of vibration.
The finger sleeve itself is quite thick which dulls a lot of the vibration making this better for teasing and aiding in foreplay then being the main player.
Texture on the pad of the sleeve makes for a nice sensation.
