Very well made product, fantastic collection of inserts for different experiences. The strap is a little basic and weak though, would be perfect with a more substantial harness.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
