this came as a freebie in me and my partner's order. the water goes back into the enema, and the nozzle tip was painful to insert. enemas shouldn't be rough like that, definitely invest in a better quality one because this isn't it :/
Uncomfortable to use, even with lube. Why have straight hard edges and grooves on something that goes into such a delicate area??

A couple of minor rough parts on that plastic but I just used a file and sanded it off.
