as a first timer this was a very easy to use for getting nice and clean before anal play. it has two different nosals and I went for the smaller one which was perfect. the part that holds that water is slightly more stiff than a silicone bulb but still easy enough if you give it a good firm squeeze.
probably works fine I just happened to insert it wrong when first using it (i don’t recommend doing this in the shower while the shower is on and using water based lube.. the lube becomes nonexistent)
