I got this as it seemed a convenient step up from the classic douche bulb but after using was pretty disappointed. The length with the plunger fully extended made it very difficult to use, I had to brace it against a wall while bent over and it was very uncomfortable. The nozzles included are very short and hard exacerbating the issues I found it very hard to line up and it caused irritation.
As a product its decent quality, doesn't feel cheap and does not leak. If you were getting it for enema play with a a partner I can see it being fun but if you are considering it as a tool for douching I would not recommend.
