Not as awesome as fabled.
Air pulses not that similar to oral but better than vibration. The first one I bought was faulty... anticlimatic to say the least but was easy to have it replaced.
Very powerful, and the vibration is a nice added feature. The app is a nice bonus as it lets you record patterns or download ones other people have made. As a trans guy with some lower growth on T, the bigger mouth on this model is perfect. I think it would be great for anyone who's a bit too generously proportioned for the others.
