I have used socks to pack for years and finally bought my first packing dildo. I bought small as I thought it would equate to one thin pair of socks. It does not. It is rather large, and very penisy. As someone who has seen, up close, a rather large number of real penises, I can tell you that this one is larger than average. I wouldn't want to buy the medium or large unless you are wanting a lot of attention. It is so long, the penis part falls down one of the legs of my boxers. I assume a real penis does this as well, but it is rather disconcerting. Still, I love it, and I would highly recommend it to any tranny boi. Is also very soft and funny feeling, feels so squishy and weird, so would make a great gift for a hens night or to put in your workmates desk drawer as a joke or something.
