Delightfully soft and stretchy at the cost of vibes.
This is far, far softer than the regular Doxy 3 head (or the prostate massager attachment), which is necessary for the sleeve to be comfortably stretchy, but really dampens the vibrations. Given how noisy the Doxy can be, it feels like that power is wasted somewhat. Maybe of the vibrating head was closer to the sleeve (it's got quite a "neck")... Despite all that, it feels really nice and is still fun to use.
