Yup, it's a no-thrills syringe duo. Using them is ultimately better than fumbling the lube bottle and hoping the squirt hits the mark.
The insert part comes out easily for cleaning, and doesn't get stuck during use. Not much pull needed to draw thick fluids, even easier to eject them.
They come with silicone caps, presumably to prevent leakage however I've found them a bit redundant. The plastic is easy to clean and on my set there was no sharp parts.
If anything my only subjective con is they don't hold enough fluid, but I guess that's why you get two of them.
