I wasnt sure on the size when I ordered it but when I received it. it was a 12mm plug i havent used it yet as I am at 11.5 mm at the moment but cant wait till I am there. it will be excellent for long time wear as the plug is about 50mm long

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
