Better quality than I was expecting, and great adhesion. A tip for making them spin; practice in the mirror, bounce gently up and down until you find your rhythm. Then try placing your arms above your head or crossed behind your back, then switch once you re-find your rhythm and the tassels will change direction!
They stick really well and can be reused. They are amazing!
