Works well, my first time using clamps and they do the trick. Fully adjustable so as to not inflict too much pain, unless you want to.
The little rubber ends have a tendency to want to escape so you have to keep an eye on them when not in use.

Be sure the soft plastic that is over the top of these doesn't come off as metal is very sharp n will cut ur nipples.. ouch
