These are the first kegel balls I got, and to say theyre satisfying is an understatement. These little balls are lovely, even making sitting at a desk far more easier to do with just a little wriggle to get them moving around. One thing I do have to say is that the balls are rather big, a bit bigger than expected but oh well, it does the job!
