I brought this as a component for a costume for a monster-drag performance and it does a great job of creating the waist shape while still being good outerwear. Holds up to movement well and easy to put on and remove, a fraction of the price of alternatives I was considering too. Was only intended as a rehearsal garment but has been incorporated into the final version of the costume.
