For vaginal use one or more capsules are inserted at least 15 minutes before sex.

I have been wanting these for years but always seem to be out of stock. At first i wasn't that impressed, mainly because it takes a while for the lube shell to dissolve so often i would try rush in which doesn't work with this product. Once you take time to plan ahead, its really a good product. The silicone lube is very smooth the high quality, i also love the feeling when it begins to leak into my body, its probably the best part! It has a decent amount so 1 is enough. If you don't give it time to dissolve expect a shell to come out during the action so be aware of that. Overall, probably something to try if your a good planner of activities but if your more spontaneous, id probably miss this.

Good product but caution is required👀.
