Its easy to use once you manage to get it inside, but the nozzle is a bit sharp and gets a bit caught on the skin of the anus. Just make sure to lube it up a lot and make sure you have it pointing exactly where you need it. Once it's inside, the rest of the process is incredibly easy and very effective. There's more than enough pressure to get everywhere you need to clean. Obviously takes a few tries but that's the norm for any douche.
