Not only will they strengthen your pelvic floor muscles but they will also give a pleasant giggling sensation as you move around. To use these balls, first lightly cover them in a water-based lubricant and insert into the vagina, leaving the retrieval loop out. To begin with only use the balls for an hour or so. As you get used to them you’ll be able to go about your daily routine with them in place.
