The Adult Zombie Nurse Costume includes a short white zip-up dress with jagged edging, a matching blood stained mask and a coordinating nurse headpiece with a red cross. You also can colour the dress by self with a blood splatter effect by the latex wounds (not included) onto dress which is really fun, this has proved to be one of our popular Halloween costumes.
