The taper of this toy is amazing, this toy was purchase to help with larger toys (Cisco) and has helped a lot. The progressive taper allows for easy insertion as it warms up to the widest part. Once past the widest part the inner band decreases in diameter enough to give a little relief while warming up to taking the extra length. The toy is rather firm with just a small amount of give, it has a small amount of texture which helps lube stay in place. It s a great toy for working up to larger sizes
