this lightweight, sturdy collar is outfitted with two layers, for extra security and durability. the inner layer is comprised of a soft, comfy layer of neoprene, with a back velcro closure designed to fit any neck size. the outer layer is woven nylon, with a second velcro band for even more security. the 3 d-rings on the front are ideal for attaching straps, leashes, and chains to. the double layer of velcro allows you to pull and tug all you want without the collar coming loose, yet remaining comfortable.

Very happy with this. We opted for something with a little more padding as a first collar and was not disappointed. Nice and soft and the double overlapping velcro gives it a firm hold yet easy to take on and off.
