make chest pains take on a whole new meaning with the strict leather spiked breast binder. this sturdy leather strap encircles the bust, with two sliding leather disks placed directly over the breasts. the tiny spikes on the reverse side make for a biting reminder of who is in control. there are thoughtful cutouts to give you unfettered access to their sensitive nipples. there are two ways to adjust the fit (and ouch factor!): use the buckled strap in the back to ensure that the binder stays in place, then slide the leather disks along the strap to position them over the nipples. each studded disk slides along a series of nipple openings, allowing you to accommodate a sub of any size.
