This has become my Subs favorite toy. Masters brand are usually a first in quality so I was surprised by the price tag to find this toys is plastic, from the handle to the pinwheel teeth. On the plus side it means it is light and easy to manage and despite the plastic construction it does seem to be pretty tough with the pin wheel points maintaining an impressive edge.
