One cast is rarely enough. This refill restocks the silicone so an existing mould can be used again, whether the first attempt went wrong or the first replica simply needs company. Two tubs of mixable liquid silicone, in the same hot pink as the original.

It also solves a problem the standard kit runs into: if the mould runs deeper than one batch fills, the extra silicone covers the full length, so nothing gets cut short in the casting.
