Adulttoymegastore Sponsors "Sex Workers of Aotearoa" Art Exhibition

Adulttoymegastore has recently sponsored a Wellington based art exhibition, "Sex Workers of Aotearoa: A Day in the Life Of". With a mix of photography, moving image, paintings, and more, the exhibition focused on the life of sex workers. All pieces were created by sex workers in New Zealand to provide a realistic and accurate viewpoint.

The exhibition was held at the FLUX Gallery in Wellington Museum, from the 4th-25th July 2019.

The exhibition was centred on sex workers as performance artists, poets, and image makers; the sex in sex work; and the behind the scenes of what's actually involved in sex work. It was an excellent, sex positive way to educate the public and others in the industry about what it's really like, in a safe and non-judging space. Many of the pieces were also available for purchase, with a percentage of proceeds going to The New Zealand Prostitutes Collective, an organisation that advocates for the rights and wellbeing of sex workers. Adulttoymegastore was super proud to be supporting such an incredible and unique exhibition. ATMS is dedicated to promoting sex positivity and sexual health, while attempting to break the stigma surrounding sexual pleasure.
