Ashley's review of Rechargeable silicone love rider strapless strapon

The Love Rider is a strap-on that is designed to be used strapless as the wearer can hold the product internally, rather than with a harness. The rechargeable vibe has two motors, one in each end, which are controlled via a button on the underside of the vibe, and is made of high grade silicone – so no silicone lubes guys! There is one button to control the vibrations, whether both are going at the same time, and another to change the vibration patterns. As the wearer of the strap-on, the internal bulb sits just below the g-spot, which is then stimulated by the movement and vibrations during use. Obviously as each person’s anatomy is different, the stimulation may vary.

Having looked into strapless strap-ons for a while before purchasing, many reviews stated that the ‘strapless’ side of things wasn’t as simple as expected. Most found that it was hard to control the strap-on, and even those with the strongest pelvic muscles struggled to hold the bulb of the strap-on in place as they got more aroused. Which didn’t always lead to the most graceful and uncomplicated pegging. We did decide to purchase a harness with the strap-on to start off with (Flamingo Low Rise Strap On Harness - SKU: 142353), and maybe work our way up from there. The harness picked has a metal o-ring (two sizes), and has straps which are adjustable via buckles. It was important to pick one that would feel secure and stay in place, as we didn’t want to be mucking around with harness during use, as well as be able to have the internal bulb inserted comfortably. It was also an added bonus that the harness chosen has a leather look but is vegan friendly.

During use, the harness meant that we didn’t need to focus on keeping the strap-on in place and could go with the flow. From a receiver point of view, the most pleasurable position was the classic missionary (but the typical roles reversed, obviously). As the strap-on does curve a fair bit upwards, this position meant that it was easier to hit the prostate, and was more intimate as you are face-to-face. This product was also the first pegging experience for him, and the size of the strap-on, both length and width wise, were perfectly fine. As with all anal play; warming up is necessary to prevent any discomfort.

The vibrations provided are on the buzzier side, but were still enjoyable for both parties. The only downside was that the functions of the vibe weren’t easy to change as the buttons are based underneath the vibe. Which may have been easier to access had we not been using a harness, but with a harness it did mean we had to pick a setting before getting started and leave it at that. And clean up wasn’t too bad either. If the strap-on been used without a harness then clean up would have been easier, but the harness could still be cleaned easy enough. The vibe is also waterproof, which aids in the clean up as you don’t need to be careful with getting certain parts wet.

Overall, this is a great product combo. I will admit that I was selfish in the purchase of the style of strap-on as I also wanted stimulation myself, not just for the receiver, and this product definitely achieves that. The only negative would be that the harness doesn’t contain a pouch for a bullet vibe to give clitoral stimulation. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find a harness that had this pouch, but was also designed for a strapless strap-on. However, this could be modified so isn’t a deal breaker. While not an everyday product as it does require time for the anal warm up, and the clean-up side of things, this combo of products is great – it provides nearly all the stimulation wanted, and is a favourite for sure.
