This is the most powerful wand I've ever used. If you are sensative in your intimate area this wand is probably not for you. Even at its lowest setting it's quite intense. It isn't the most quiet, but for me personally I use it on my neck and back area as well when needed, so it's definitely worth the noise and the price. I've purchased it twice now. Definitely recommend for anyone needing something a little more powerful than your run of the mill wand.
