With moderate force this almost impacts as a cane would. The vinyl tip is very soft/flexible and doesn't contribute much when going beyond a light tap. Still, fun to use, just not in the way I expected.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
