Pretty plug and lovely quality. Unfortunately it’s just too heavy - it falls out easily because of this. Otherwise it’s a great toy.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
