Nice to the touch. Not firm, yet not soft - great balance. Feels realistic. Wish the head was more defined. Medium strength suction cup. No smell. However, arrived with a small air bubble in between the balls and the base, which became a big hole after the first use - must have been a factory fault.

From what I found on this site everything is quite LARGE, this how ever is exactly as advertised and I would say is "medium" size, not small and not large. Suction cup works best in the shower, BUT very iffy every where else seems to require almost glass like surfaces. Haven't noticed any bad odors even during box opening.
