Realistic at the right speeds.
I found the sensations it gives to be surprisingly amazing. On the right speed I found it to be quite realistic as well. Compared to other male strokers and realistic toys I found this to be the best. It is a bit noisy, but its other features make up for that.

Whilst not exactly replicating the feel of oral sex, this toy is a good approximation.
With some clever positioning it makes for a delightful hands-free experience! Others have had issues with climaxing using this product but with a little patience I was able to come the first time I used it. Noise wise this is a fairly quiet toy.
Definitely a nice new toy to add to the collection.
