Smelled strongly of something weird when I opened it so I did a flame test and it melted, so definately not silicone. Thought a silicone plug for this price was too good to be true, and it was! Thankfully I got it as a free gift with another purchase.

Great little plug, perfect for beginners. The size in the photo is a little misleading, I feel its actually smaller than the photos suggest. Some dimension information might be helpful.
