This was the first toy I ever bought. It was good as an introduction to sex toys. Gave me my first orgasm. The batteries would get hot quickly and would have to throw them out after a few uses but itโs a good cheap toy for beginners

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
