I've been using Cups for years now and thought these looked cute!
That's about where the good ended for me...
Alot softer than other ones I've used so a bit flimsy to use. I didn't like the long tab on it either.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
