Took a little while to get used to it, but now I've got the hang, have used several times with very good results - my wife loves it!
Make sure you use lots of lube.
If you keep on for too long, it can cause a bit of loss of feeling, so I tend to put on in the middle of business time, not before.
All the side nubs really rub my wife the right way - but they are very soft, so don't cause discomfort, only pleasure!
Overall a great product not to tight but tight enough.
