I bought the silver one of this mask. It came to me with majority of the gems missing/damaged. It did come with a few spare, but as the original ones are glued in there quite tight, it's almost impossible to change. For the price it is not on sale, I was highly disappointed.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
