There are lots of puppy tail plugs on the market and its difficult to know which one to choose. I am very happy with this tail and my puppy gives it 5 stars. I love how it wiggles when he moves.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
