I've bought a few things for my boyfriend over the months (I'm a great GF like that) and this one was probably the most middling one we've tried. He said the material felt off and he couldn't get off with it. We tried lube and a vibe bullet but it just didn't work. It didn't hurt him like another we tried, but he said it just didn't live up to expectations. The price was okay, not for us however. We suggest only trying it on sale. Packaging was awful to get it out of, its that weird kind where you NEED scissors.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
