The badge aside it feels like a really good quality item, and nicely presented. My biggest gripe is the way it is controlled. My discussions with customer support assume me this is how it is intended to operate and not a result of it being a sample.
Turn insertable part (device) on with the button on it
Turn the remote on the remote
Press power button on remote and the device begins to vibrate, pushing the and - buttons cycles through the different patterns.
So far so good
To then stop it vibrating you have to hold the power button on the remote for a few seconds (just pressing it does nothing). This then turns the remote and the device off.
In order to get the device to vibrate again it needs to be turned back on at the device. There is a ~$30 option available on here that can stop and restart vibrating via the remote on here.
For the price this seems like a fairly big design flaw and something that makes me regret the purchase. Especially when not in sale you could by a Lush 3 app controlled one for the same price.
On a side note OVO is IMPOSSIBLE to contact.
