This tickler feels like a budget product but it does the job well enough. It has a long handle and the synthetic feather is soft. The feather doesn't feel that secure and droops more than I'd like.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
