couldn’t feel the things on it when I did try it without it turning on at all...so very disappointed. It feels like a soft finger. My finger feels better. Don’t waste your money.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
