I found the ring that goes around the balls to be almost too tight, with only a 40mm inner diameter - this made getting everything through a challenge requiring lubricant and discomfort beyond what to expect from the design.
However, the make is good metal and modularity of the pieces mean you can change the depth of the insertion to some degree.
I wouldn't recommend this as a first chastity device, however if you are an advanced user this will be perfect for achieving that flat look.
