It does get quite hot so not really one for longevity, but definitely a nice toy. Quite loud though so take care if you have to be quiet.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
