Well the Esse Chaise is at the higher price point it is well worth the spend. Unwrapping the chaise is a lot of fun as it expands to full size in a matter of seconds. From there the fun begins.......The possibilities and positions are endless and great fun exploring. We both love the Esse Chaise and gives incredible experiences and sensations. We are looking forward to adventures with the Esse Chaise for a very long time. Buy one, you wont regret it.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
