These were my first kegel balls. I absolutely love and rate them. I purchased these because I wanted the extra heavier weight option. I was a bit confused about which one I should get because I haven't had kids but I am over 30 and so on, so I started here because it had the most variety. Very comfortable to use, and very noticeable progress with consistent usage. I usually wear these when I'm working out and I really do feel like it helps with my core. They're really, really pretty also. I looked through a lot of this category before I decided on these and I don't regret my choice. These are absolutely the best and if you're in your pelvic floor era I recommend them. They're so versatile, you can use only one ball, or two, several weight combinations, 15 minutes a day and easy to clean. I really felt the difference when I was moving around after being consistent. No criticism, I love love love them
