Very much beginner tier but its our first set of restraints so is fine for us. I can see them breaking before too long. Especially as our play gets a bit rougher.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
