Pretty Love products are cheaply made so I didny expect much until I inserted into it and found the right angle.
It was hard to get my head into it so if you are like me, plenty of lube is recommended.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
