It's an interesting design that gives you a proper feeling of being locked up with the fact it completely covers the penis so it can make for some fun play time but you don't really wana get hard in it because it starts to cause pinching and pressure at the entrance to where you insert your penis.
It's comfortable and nice to wear when not hard though and the end cap that covers the head is removable by screwing it on & off so that's nice in case you need to pee while wearing or you want to let that load escape

Absolutely love this plug! The full feeling it gives is amazing, detach the hose and go for a walk the weight inside just adds to the pleasure. Only issue is the hose pops out if you get lube on it. Great plug, im hooked on inflatables now.
