I wanted to make sure the one I got was small and this one certainly is! A little smaller than I would have gone but good for a first tail. Very cute fluffy colour, my only critiques are that the tail and plug are small not as big and bushy as I thought, but no regrets here!

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
